Enterprise-AI Practitioner & Technical Project Manager
Context Engineering · Agentic AI · AI Enablement · Cloud & Legacy Modernisation
I make AI actually work inside large, regulated organisations. My differentiator is context engineering — building the structured context layer that turns AI tools from stalled demos into reliable, agentic participants in delivery. At Fremtind, one of Norway's largest insurers, I engineered a Confluence-based context layer and drove it with Atlassian Rovo to trace decisions and RAID and generate delivery-ready Jira tickets. I pair that hands-on grasp of how enterprise AI succeeds or fails with nearly two decades delivering complex, high-stakes technology programmes across insurance, aviation, retail, telecoms and e-commerce — in Norway, the UK and across Europe.
Fremtind is one of Norway's largest insurance companies (~1,300 employees). Within the internal consulting team I lead strategic IT initiatives spanning cloud, enterprise architecture, AI adoption and partner integrations — with direct accountability for delivery and budget. Since Jan 2023 also Discipline Lead in Technology: setting technical direction, mentoring, and representing the team to leadership.
Technical PM for a standardised, scalable API platform and Developer Portal letting partner banks integrate their journeys with Fremtind's insurance products — coordinating work down to core insurance systems, mapped with Wardley Mapping. I engineered a reusable context layer in Confluence — the initiative's structured "what" and "why" — and drove it with Atlassian Rovo to maintain, identify and trace decisions and RAID and to auto-generate delivery-ready Jira tickets: genuine agentic AI grounded in the project's own context.
Enabling 200+ developers to adopt AI — piloting Claude Code via AWS Bedrock. Established the secure AI tech stack with legal, security & compliance, defined usage policies and governance, and ran an AI competency workshop series for ~15 PMs using an AI-driven feedback loop. Leading the developer community's discussions on context and harness engineering.
Led a senior architecture programme recommending how to decompose the core legacy monolith into a modular, distributed architecture. Applied Wardley Mapping; provided C-suite the strategic options on which leadership based its directional decision.
Migrated ~125 applications and databases from on-prem OpenShift to AWS — on a hard, penalty-clause deadline, on time, within ~15M NOK. Coordinated ~100 people across 9 teams and ran the full outsourcing procurement; on-time delivery protected ~12M NOK in cost exposure.
Assigned to Avinor — the state company operating all 44 civil airports in Norway. Led technical delivery of a 30M NOK multi-year programme implementing a next-generation Airport Operational Database (AODB) and Airport Operating System (AOS) across the national airport network.
Delivered business and technology projects across all seven Arcadia brands (Topshop, Dorothy Perkins, Burton, Miss Selfridge, Wallis, Evans, Outfit).

Led the Technical Program Management team overseeing IT delivery and operations across strategic clients including Argos, American Express, Vodafone, O2 and Oxfam. Implemented ServiceNow and migrated 1st-level support to the NOC in the Dominican Republic, reducing operational cost.
Led digital marketing and technology delivery. Delivered Nav to Net (£300k): an e-commerce site integrated with MS Navision ERP, with live stock and automated orders — an order-automation tool cut processing from 60 to 10 minutes (a 6× gain).
Social Media & Marketing Specialist — Alpha Analytic / Azrights Solicitors (London, 2012). Freelance Digital Project Manager — Trill inn AS / Gardinexpressen (Oslo, 2006–2012): built and launched gardinexpressen.no and ran all digital marketing for six years alongside full-time university studies.
